as most of you have noticed the DOTS forum has been wiped why? because it is ALL Trash.

You have all been given an opportunity to talk about informative and IT related subjects, bust most of you have wasted it.

To start off our changes we will be deleting certain members (noob, Random, marioluegie) if they only flame and do other things bad.

PS: I think a spelling and grammar moderator is needed, maybe it's just me, but all the missed capital letters and spelling mistakes are really starting to get to me. And Firefox has a spell checker, so use it!

DOTS will be going thru some big changes soon (hopefully) so lets try and keep it's image good.

the forum has been reset (no shit) this was done due to the fact that 99% of it was shit

the last backup of the server was like in term 3 so theirs no hope of ever restoring the server SO DONT ASK ME

now we have a clean start, use it well

mars has been bitching at me for ages about promoting the site and stuff and he is right,
we need to clean up our act

and we need to make this forum a good one

its impossible for me to make the dots site as awesome as what it should be, its just too big for any one person to do

i want every DOTS admin to have a job, for example:

cam: server administration and general geting the damn thing working
mars: HTML and site scripting
kiran: graphics shit, i want u to work with mars and make sum awsome backgrounds and stuff

when uv found sumthing u would like to do as ur job TELL ME AND I SHALL GRANT U APPROPRIATE ASSESS

normal members: if u have sumthing to contribute, then tell the respctave admin, so if u have a pic or a graphical idear u goto kiran get it? 

DO NOT come to me with graphical shit coz thats not my job, if its sumthing to do with the TCP ports or u want to be able to upload (server related) than yer u can come to me

other members: i want good discutions in the new forums none of this 'noob is fat' shit. i want real questions and discussions like: 'how do i partion a hard disk' or 'how do i remove colors in photoshop'

Just because you have a sore arm doesn't mean you chop it off. Bare in mind that this is a metaphor.

I suppose wiping the system is a simple way to purge the system of it's reputation. Although in doing that you have killed the forum. No-one uses this forum anymore and that has to change. So why does no-one come to the forum, because no-one comes to the site. So in order to get the forum up and running I need to get the site going again and I would like help.
